Each Tiny House Plan comes with:
End User Agreement
Visual & Dimensioned Exterior Elevations
Visual & Dimensioned Floor Plans
Plumbing & Gas Plan*
Visual & Dimensioned Interior Elevations
* Utility plans include layout but not detailed schematics. Utility plans are used to show connection locations and pipe/conduit layout but not exact lengths or exact appurtenances.
** As every trailer is different, trailer framing is not included with our plans. Framing Plan includes full framing schedule for walls, roof, and lofts only in a PDF package made from Google SketchUp. Framing Plan can be used in tandem with 3D framing model for reference and we highly suggest it as the model allows you to rotate the framing plan in real time. Framing Plan includes R.O. for windows and doors. We use an advanced framing technique called ladder framing and we do not use 16 or 24 O,C. traditional framing.
***Pet-Friendly Details include optional storage and space-saving ideas specifically for dogs and cats. These details are not shown on the floor plans. Rather, they can be implemented at the owner's discretion into different parts of the home as an optional choice to interchangeable proposed storage. (IE - interchange under stair storage for kennel space).
Your Google Sketch-Up 3D framing model includes your full framing plan (trailer not included) and wall sheathing cuts sizes. Your 3D framing model works in tandem with the Tiny Home Plan PDF package but offers a chance to rotate, zoom, and examine the framing in real time.
The Bill of Materials (BOM) is a line item PDF that includes all items used in the home construction: the unit of measure, quantity, and weight. Our BOM does not include national average pricing per item or labor costs. It should be noted that pending your experience and comfortability, each tiny home model may require a subcontractor for installation of a specialized material which may increase your overall cost. See our DIY to Know. If you would like to know what each available model costs to be built by Backcountry Tiny Homes, please check out our pricing page.
