Tiny Home Financing

Your tiny home is split up over a total of (6) payments that are made payable to us throughout your design and construction phases. To finance these payments, you have different options to choose from. See more information below about our payment terms and financing.

Financing options?

There are different options for financing your tiny homes. See some of the most popular options below.

Personal Loan

Personal loans may be  a good option for you if other loans or cash are not feasible. There are multiple online lenders that you can apply to.

Other LOAN

If you have a financial institution you use regularly and have history with, an RV loan or home construction loan may be an option for you. 

Should your financial institution have questions about the tiny homes we build, please have them contact us.

For clients that are selling their current home or have savings set aside, a cash payment is an option. For those selling their current home, you may need gap financing as the construction of your tiny home will not take place until after payment has been received. 

When are payments due?

The following payments are based on an anticipated lead time of 12-14 months for a turnkey tiny home as of Q2-2024

The first day. Please note your lead time starts during the design phase.

Build Phase
Payment #2

~15%

INFO:

Cost is, approximately, 15% of the total cost of your tiny home. This is a progress payment.

DUE:

During your tiny home shell phase. Typically, around month 6-8.

Payment #3

~20%

INFO:

Cost is, approximately, 20% of the total cost of your tiny home. This is a progress payment.

DUE:

During your tiny home utility phase. Typically, around month 8-10.

~50%

INFO:

Cost is, approximately, 50% of the total cost of your tiny home. This is a material payment.

DUE:

Within two weeks of completing your design phase. Typically, around month 3-5.

~15%

Cost is, approximately, 15% of the total cost of your tiny home. This is the completion payment.

DUE:

After completion of your tiny home. Typically, around month 11-13.
