SHELL VS. TURNKEY
We offer two different styles of construction for our tiny homes: shells and turnkey tiny homes. To learn more about what each build type comes with, read below.
What is the difference?
SHELL
Want to build your own home but don't feel confident enough on framing, trailer prep, roofing, and more? We can build you a dried-in home that has a finished exterior, giving you time to complete the inside of your home at your leisure.
TURNKEY
Our Turnkey builds are our start-to-finish full build service. After your design phase is complete, we take care of the rest until your home is ready for move-in.
